The ARBS Education and Research Foundation is proud to announce the second round of CO₂ training scholarships for 2025, delivered through the Kirby Apprentice Fund and funded in part by the ARBS Foundation. Twenty apprentices from across NSW, VIC, TAS, NT and SA will undertake training at the Beijer Ref Academy this September, earning national accreditation in CO₂ Safety and CO₂ System Repair and Service.

Delivered in partnership with Superior Training Centre (RTO ID: 41122), the scholarships not only advance apprentices’ careers but also strengthen employers’ capabilities by embedding new skills in workplaces across the country. By the end of 2025, 40 apprentices will be fully accredited, helping address the industry’s skills gap in natural refrigerant technology.

This contribution is made possible due to the ongoing support of ARBS Exhibitions, which has channelled more than $600,000 to the Foundation since 2014.
