The ARBS Foundation is proud to support AIRAH in delivering the newly updated DA17: Cooling Towers, a resource that will help lift standards, strengthen safety and improve efficiency across Australia’s HVAC&R industry.
As demand grows for high-performance cooling, particularly in data centre environments, the ARBS Foundation is focused on investing in work that provides practical benefit to designers, contractors and asset managers. DA17 is one of those investments.
“This update will materially lift the standard of cooling tower design, safety and sustainability across our industry,” says our Chair Simon Bradwell. “Our role is to support projects that move HVAC&R forward and DA17 will be an essential reference nationwide.”
The new edition captures current knowledge on system design, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance. It reflects advances in materials, monitoring, water management and minimum energy performance expectations, ensuring practitioners have reliable, modern guidance at their fingertips.
The ARBS Foundation remains committed to backing resources that strengthen industry capability and improve outcomes across the built environment. DA17: Cooling Towers can be preordered via AIRAH.
